Trip assignments are made on a first-come-first-serve basis for those who turn in all of the required materials:

-application
-medical release form & copy of insurance card or other proof of medical insurance (if you have insurance)
-first payment of $120 (total cost is $360)
2nd Payment: December 7, 2012: $120
Final Payment: February 1, 2013: $120

Withdrawals from ASB after December 14 will result in a loss of your down payment. 
Withdrawals from ASB after February 15 will result in loss of all payments.
